I’ve been a licensed real estate broker since 1994, and I’m currently licensed in five states: Florida, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. I started in the business when I was just 19 years old, and over the years, I’ve built a career focused on leadership, coaching, and helping agents grow successful businesses. For 25 years, I owned two Century 21 offices, which I later merged into Coldwell Banker. During that time, I managed both single and multi-office operations with up to 400 agents. My focus has always been on helping agents increase their production through coaching, expanding their sphere of influence, and leveraging third-party referrals. My Century 21 offices were consistently ranked among the top five in Maryland for marketing REO properties, handling hundreds of bank-owned assignments at any given time. I’ve worked with small, medium, and large teams to help them scale, and I’ve guided individual agents in launching and growing their own teams. I believe that agents are my clients, and my role is to support them in building profitable, sustainable businesses. I understand what it’s like to be new in the industry, and I take pride in coaching brand-new agents to find success—just like I did when I first started.
